directory copy/move from tree view

I would like to see MC have the capability to copy or move entire directories from the left hand tree-view to the right-hand tree view (or reverse) with the "only copy new or newer files option".  This would make it easy for MC to perform incremental copies or large numbers of files.

Just copy the folder and press "Replace all Older" in the already exists dialog ?
