Update problems

I'm always having problems trying to update to the latest releases no matter what I do it still fails, below is the latest transcript of the process, can anyone offer advice please? 

* Update "Multi Commander" located in : "d:\Program Files\MultiCommander (x64)".

Look like you do not have permission to write to that location

Start the Update program as administrator.

Normally it will restart it self as admin if needed. But don't know why that did not happen for you. Might be because of some option you selected during install.
