file operations preserving original NTFS permissions

At first thank you for very usable program!

Is it possible to make option to the file copy/move function to keep original NTFS permissions? Just like TС does.
And to make sorting of files with Russian letters to case-insensitive?

Not currently.
I got it on my list to add. But I skipped it for now because the NTFS Permission things are a mess. And it is very complex. (API)
and I have not had time to read up on how it works.
