Button bar options disappeared
« on: January 17, 2016, 18:03:57 »
I have been using the button bar showing just the top row.

However, just tried changing it back to show 4 rows.

The display is amended after the mandatory MC restart but the content of the lower 3 rows just shows blank buttons with no text visible.

How can I fix that?
Now using Win 10.
Used 'em all from DOS 2.0 onwards.

The default config file for the buttons are located in  InstallLocation\Config\MultiButtons.xml

If you delete you personal copy (:goconfig on command line to go to config folder) and restart it will create a new file from the template file under install location.

Thank you for the information.

I was unaware of the distinction between program and user versions of the config files.  I was also unaware that they were capable of recreating the user version at the restart.

A very useful tip; it worked and resolved the issue for me.
