Moving should be so smooth like in xnview.

Not sure what 2D Moving is..
But thumbnail are not create by MC.. well almost..
If you run on Win7+ (or is it vista? ) MC is actually getting the thumbnails from Windows. So if you have extension installed on Windows that adds support for thumbnails for other formats they will also show up in MC

I meant with 2D-moving the scrolling with the scrollbars.

I run Windows 8.1 64  and in 16/7 Windows 10.

Don't know what xnview does.. But scrolling will not be change. That is to major thing to change for such a small effect.
