Undo operations
« on: September 16, 2017, 00:19:34 »
Hello Team
I would ask about any plans to implement UNDO feature?
Especially for rename / move operation?

It was talked already long time ago but it looks like still not resolved?

Undo would be huge. One of the most helpful things that I'm sad isn't as easily accessible for MC

Yes. Still on the list.

It is not high prio, since it is complex and very time consuming to add.  And it would also only work in some situation like when deleting to recycle bin.
If doing real delete that most people do it would not be possible to undo.
So it would be a feature that only works sometimes for some operations and sometimes only parts of it.

It is really so big thing to add?
I saw "last operation log". UNDO should base on this log.

Please consider UNDO first for rename and move operations.

UNDO for delete can be covered by system recycle bin.

UNDOing rename and move don't look so complicated?

It is really missing feature. I like MC very much, but withoud simple undo it is sometimes ver hard to use MC.
