Copy problem on SSD

I cannot copy a file from partition to partition. The dialog simply stuck and do nothing. Both dirs are non-system so this is NOT an administrative problem.

Strange,
Is it only from partition to partition ?  Only that file ?  works with others files ?
Any errors in FileOperationLog ?  (Ctrl+L )

If it halts there with out doing anything it halt often when it tries to open the file for copy and some security software block it from opening the file or when AV software want to scan the file first and since it is very big it takes long time
