File Type Setup always adds Editors
« on: June 10, 2019, 12:07:13 »
Dunno if it's beta related.
File Type Setup - editors always adds an extra line for Default Picture Editor when i'm not looking it restarts. As a result, editing a pic doesn't work anymore, if i delete the extra default pic editor line, it works again until restart.

(Not related to the beta unless it works in normal version and not in beta.. or if it is listed that the beta have changes in this features, so I move it.)

Becuse it needs a default, If you want to change the default behavior then change the 'default' item.
The more File extension matching if needed (or remove), But default it will launch the edit defined by windows,  if that is not wanted then change it

Sorry i don't understand.
I modified the Default Picture Editor to use PaintDotNet.exe.
If i restart MC there are 3 editors, 2 times the default picture editor and the default editor for txt using notepad++.
And editing pics doesn't work. I have to remove one of the pic editors.
If i rename 'Default Picture Editor' to My Editor or something, i also get it back after restart. And none of them working.

Ahhm Ok so you modified the already exiting "default picture editor" entry, and when reloading it also add the standard default one together with you entire.
Ahh now I understand

Yes I was able to recreate that issue now. I will try to fix this for the new version that is coming soon.
