tab showing networkfolder resets to c:
« on: July 15, 2019, 13:14:05 »
Sometimes, when I come back to a tab that I left aside for a moment or longer, it displays c:\ rather than the original location, where I left the tab.
I happens roughly 1-2 per week.

I am running MC
- with many tabs, some on the same folders
- with at least 3 network drives connected
- Win10 64bit pro

Any ideas?
Cheers lubenja

You did not restart the program and have the option to not remember network drives still on ?
The connect to the network folder went down  ?

unfortunately neither nor.
Reset to c:\ happens while running MC with constantly all network drives connected.

Strange,
Only times MC revert to C: is if it tries to scan a path and it fails to access that path because the device does not exist anymore.

I assume the error lies on our side and is not caused by MC:

I tried meanwhile Free-Commander in the same environment and observed this behaviour:
At certain times all network folders disappear and reconnect directly afterwards. The file tab refreshes meanwhile several times and resets to [This PC].
