Possible to open new process in new tab (or existing tab)?
« on: December 21, 2020, 11:10:29 »
I use Listary for file search ( newbielink:https://www.listary.com/download [nonactive]) and I set it to open search results in MC using parameters in the attachment.
Since I wanted to open new folders in the current instance, I enabled "Allow only one instance of MC" in the configuration.
Problem is nothing happens when I do so (open a folder from listary when MC is already opened)
If I disable 'only one instance", the second search result will open fine in a new instance of MC.
Am I missing something here?

Edit. I think I've got my answer. Listary doesn't support MC. So I don't think it would be possible. On supported file managers like Total Commander, Directory Opus and Free Commander, this works fine.

I don't know what listary is. But MC can open a path from commandline
