Can I call a user defined command from within another UDC or from a script?

ok, I found, how to do it:
MC.RunUserCmd ID=2578ac85fbad47f38ae5ab2f722e0112

The ID can be found in the right upper corner of the User Commands dialog (editing UDC dialog).
