Are you sure your credentials allow you to delete from the source folder?

Yes, I'm sure. Another file manager has no issue with it.

I can reproduce this issue. This is a very old bug, and I don’t understand why you are unable to reproduce it. For example, moving and replacing an existing file does not work in admin mode with protected files.
