I have noticed that the tooltips in the explorer panel drive bar don't work as expected.
WIN10 x64 | 22H2
- open new explorer panel
- hover over a drive or icon. the tooltip is displayed
- with the mouse still on that row, move to another drive or icon. the tooltip is not displayed
- move the mouse away from that row, then over a drive or icon. the tooltip is displayed
- with the mouse still on that row, move to another drive or icon. the tooltip is not displayed
