Startup position and folders

I apologize...I have forgotten how/where to set the folders and placement for MC at startup.

To force what paths tabs should show at startup you control that using commandline parameters.

First one for the left pane, second for the right?

Think so.. or you can use the -L= and -R= parameter to really specify left / right
