Support and Feedback / "Portable Device" on USB not seen
« on: May 13, 2013, 21:13:04 »
Using Version 3.1 Build 1401 64-bit
Windows 7 Home Premium

When I connect a camera to USB, MC does not see it, presumably because Windows does not give it a drive letter.
Microsoft Windows Explorer sees the camera, with no drive letter.  It shows the camera as a "Portable Device" in the Computer listing.

I believe this is the same as noted in "xcyclone on February 25, 2013, 17:41:36"

Is there a way to make USB Portable Devices visible in MC?

Support and Feedback / Drag/drop copy empty folder fails
« on: May 12, 2013, 23:56:51 »

MultiCommander v3.1 build 1401 64 bit

Drag/drop-copy (SHIFT-mouse1) a folder from one pane to the other does not work if the folder is empty.
Drag/drop-move (CTRL-mouse1 or only mouse1) works.

Microsoft Access 2007

In the view pane, when I right-click to bring up the context menu, and then bring up the New sub-menu, I see "Rich Text Format" and "Microsoft Office Access Database".

But I do not see "Microsoft Word Document" or "Microsoft Excel Worksheet" in the half-dozen choices.

Is this a bug?
Can I add to the menu myself, if I learn about Menu Customization?
Should I post an enhancement request?
