Title: Locked tabs bug - open 2 tabs

Stumbled across odd behaviour of the locked tabs.
 When I click on the folder above the locked tab in the Path panel - it opens 2 tabs, the second goes to last C folder.

Yes I notice that some days ago. Will be fixed for next version.
