Title: File Checksum - Extension do not start
Post by: pc63 on December 04, 2017, 16:25:06
C:\Program Files\MultiCommander\Extensions\MFTools\MFTools.dll
 - in place , but Extension does not appear in the menu, see attach  image "ver6-9.png".
Deleted the program completely  (ver 6.9 32bit), install new version (last version - 7.5 build 2318 32 bit), but  Extension  disappeared not only from the menu but also from the management of "Manage Plug-ins and Extensions", attach "ver7-5.png"

In both cases, the folder with the extension was present on the disk, MFTools.dll, was intact, it could be checked for integrity and unpacked

May be my system very old? Windows XP....

Thank you!

Might be that extension was not replace during upgrade and it is a old version, or it might be that it does not work anymore under XP.

I do not do any testing on XP at all. and Checksum got some new features like support for SHA-xxx hashes.. Might be that the API for them does not support XP.
Maybe somebody else running XP can say if they also have issue with that plugin
