Title: "creating links to files does not work yet"

I want to verify that it is not possible to right-click on a file, drag it to a traget folder, and create a link.  I get the message "creating links to files does not work yet."

Is there another way to create the link in the target folder other than creating it in the source folder and moving it to the target folder?

Menu > Tools > File Links > Create Link..
Then select the type of link you want to create..
