Title: MC killing the Modify Date in the Admin Mode and replace it with the actual Date

When copy to a protected Folder. But the Daylight Savings problem when run MC completely as Administrator is fixed now. Good Work. We have Winter Time and the Daylight Savings Problem was maybe in winter time but dont know it was with winzter time files or summer time files.

What DTS problem ? All filetimes on NTFS are UTC

Yes, but at display is the sumer time. And while running as Admin something is different, for the dayly work is it not recommendable because there are some other problems. Maybe the last Windwos Update changed something.....

Yes times are presented in local time. But that are converted only in the UI for presentation.

Not sure what the problem is or how to recreate it
