Title: "Copy to file" from Multidataviewer does not work

When this option is used, no file is created in the destination folder selected.
Tested using the default name unkown.txt and with another one.

More the type combobox is not available in the Save As dialog.

The problem is that the "Save To File" should not be enabled if there is no selection.

If you select some text and do it, it will work.

The "Save As", combobox is missing items.

I will fix those issues..  Thanks for reporting them.
