Thanks.  I couldn't find it because the list is not sorted alphabetically.

I have a folder selected in the Tree.  When I press Delete, nothing happens.  Do I need to set a configuration option to allow deleting items in a tree?

How do I assign the Swap Panels command to a button?

From the documentation
http://multicommander.com/docs/filetypesetup:

Quote
Under "Program Parameters" you enter the parameters you want to send to the program (if the Program type is "External Program"). There are a couple of tags you can also select that will for example expand to the selected file path. You will get a list of them by pressing the [<] button.

When I click the [<] button, I don't get a list of tags.  Is there something wrong with my configuration?

${sourcepath} is blank too.  I am using it as a Program parameter to a Quick Launch program.

I tried this with and without quotes around the target path, but nothing happens.

MoveFile(c:\backup, ${focusfilepath});

MoveFile("c:\backup", ${focusfilepath});

How do I create a user defined command that moves the selected file to a particular directory?

{$sourcepath} did not work.  It is blank.

I found ${focusfilepath} there, but what I need is ${focuspath}.

Is there a variable I can pass to an external command that represents the folder path of the focused file without the file name?  If the focused file is "C:\MultiCommander\xyz.txt", I want "C:\MultiCommander".

Oh OK.  When I right-clicked the Quick Launch toolbar and selected customize, I can only insert a User Defined Command or Separator.  I didn't see an option to add an external program.  I realize now that I can drag an application there.

I am customizing a Quick Launch icon button.  Why is the Start folder setting greyed out and not available?

MulitCommander has so many features that I don't know if this is already available or if this is a feature request.  I want to add icon buttons to the splitter between the left and right panels.  Is this an option I can enable?

Thanks very much for the powerful application and top-notch support!

Is there a command to move a file from the active panel to the other panel without prompting for the location?

Support and Feedback / Re: Double-Click Row to Open File or Folder
« on: February 05, 2014, 02:26:40 »
Oh OK.  Please consider making the top section containing files not empty so we can double-click a row to open files.  And only consider the truly blank section below as the empty area.  Of course this is only an option so users who prefer the current behavior aren't impacted.  This is a very low priority request as I can use the backspace key in the meantime.  Thanks for your time.

Thanks very much for the reply.  I hope you can get this feature into MulitCommander soon.  I hate to have so much blank space next to the toolbar wasted!   ;D

How do I add icon buttons to the toolbar at the top of the window?

Thanks for the suggestion Jungle.

The option "Go to parent folder if click was on empty area (whitespace)" is interfering with the selection.

How can I double-click on a row containing a file to open it, but double-click on the blank area below all files to go up a directory?

Wow!  MultiCommander has an impressive feature list with a huge number of customizations.  I am looking for the option to let me double click on a row to open a file or folder.  I'm sure it's an option, but I just can't find it.
