Hi, new user here.
I'm trying to context right-click in an Explorer Panel>New>Microsoft Excel Worksheet but nothing happens...a new skeleton document is not created. The same process works fine for other Office documents such as Word, Visio etc. The Context>New>Microsoft Excel Worksheet function works fine in Windows Explorer.
System: Windows 10, Office Pro 2010, Multi Commander (x64) v7.5 (build 2381).
Any ideas anyone? All advice appreciated.
Thanks Martin

That is strange. It works for me when I do it
The template (skeleton) file that is create is a file that Office stored in disk, it is normally located in this location
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Root\VFS\Windows\ShellNew\excel12.xlsx (office 365, win10)
(MC get that Path from the registry)

Same problem - except I am using W7Pro x64 with Office 2003. The skeleton templates for Excel and Word seem to be in C:\Windows\ShellNew (Excel9.xls and Winword8.doc). Is it possible for me to to point MC at these? All other Context Menu 'New' options work (including PS6 and another office program that I have installed (SoftMaker)). 'New' options for Excel/Word work correctly from Explorer.

Then something must be messed up with the installation
MC get the path from them from the registry
