Title: Empty explorer panel after closing all tabs

Close all tab on the explorer panel and you'll get empty panel with only ability to create another tab via context menu.

It is by design.

You can also open new tabs from the menu->file->new

But Im planing to show some sort of selection in the area of the tabs if all tabs are empty,
