Title: Tips should pay attention to the selected look 'n feel style

Found in beta v3.3.1476

I just noticed a start up tip advising me to use the F2 key for refresh - trouble is that I have selected the Windows Exploder style, not the Norton Commander style!

The tips have not been changed ( or added new) in years. Commander Styled setup was the only option in the beginning.
Also the tips are static html text. and does not anything about settings. So it can not change it dynamically.

I will see If I get some time to go over them and change the text so mention both setups (if there are space for it )
