Title: time elapsed

How to avoid this message?
Can enter with ftp, but then it stops with this message.
Hoe deze boodschap te omzeilen?
Kan wel binnenkomen met ftp, maar stuit dan op deze boodschap.
Please help.

Eh ?

If you are doing FTP check the FTP log for what commands are sent or error messages..
Might be that the something is not configured correct. FTP is picky about PASV / PORT configuration

Port 21 is chosen automatically
Log message is:
2018-12-29 13:31:22 = Connection to site: 192.168.2.1 on port 21
2018-12-29 13:31:27 = Timed out while trying to connect to site

So you have configured it to use PASV mode ?
Maybe the site is not using port 21 for PASV file transfers ?

It times out when trying to connect so it can start the transfer because nothing accepts the connection

Problem solved, Mathias.
I saw the same problem on my laptop,
went to the first router and changed log in fields.
