Title: Enable rearrange Button

In order to avoid modification of the Menu layout, I uncheck the "allow rearrange buttons" possibility.
Unfortunately, this choice is not saved for my future MC session.
Is there a way to make my choice permanent?

The option "allow rearrange buttons"  is only for the QuickLaunchBar. It does not affect the menu layout. The Menu layout can not be changed.
That option is not currently saved. It is on my list. But nobody really cared about it so it dropped down down the list. :)

Fine. It is not a high priority item, but if you can do it in a simple way, I would appreciate.
