Hi, I start to use MC couple of days ago, must say it has many nice options.
I dont know if this option exist but couldn't find, is there possibility to see image preview when mouse over .jpg thumbnail?

No the tooltip can currently not show a image.. 
There is Thumbnail view that will show all items as thumbnail.
