6.1 2124 - Very well!!!
Updated to 6.1.2125 - when you run an antivirus removes MultiCommander.exe

Then get a better AV :) because the difference between 2124 and 2125 is almost none. like 1 byte different. :)
(Sorry, But all the false positives are really annoying and there is nothing I can do about it)
However, It is false positives if you downloaded it from http://multicommander.com/downloads or Updated from inside MC
Not sure what AV you run but Avast and other free / small brand have lots of issues with false positives.
However Virus Total give all greens..
