Title: Custom Keyboard keys for Multi-Rename?

I'm at loss, where can I change Ctrl+M to be bound to opening Multi-Rename?

You need to do this via a User-defined Command.  Create the command (Configuration -> User Defined Commands) as follows:

Command type:  Internal Commands
Module:  MultiRename
Command:  MultiRename

Save it with a meaningful name and assign your Hotkey Ctrl+M to it.
