Title: What's Recommended HotKey method

I usually start Win 7 Explorer using hotkey "WIN  + E"
Can I reset this to start MC instead?

I don't think it is possible to change in windows what program should be opened when you press WIN+E

You need some hotkey program that override the default behavior of Windows.

I never used it myself but I think you should be able to do it with AutoHotKey  (http://www.autohotkey.com/)
