Title: How to I save settings?
Post by: Masterblaster on December 23, 2012, 16:33:21
Once I get the tabs and such setup, I would like to save all the settings so they cannot change on exit.
I already Locked the tabs.
Is there a way I can not save settings on exit and save them at a specific time so they do not change?
Mostly I am referring to the layout.

No.. but you can specify a file as parameter to MC. and in that file you can configure the tabs you want MC to open.
See http://multicommander.com/docs/commandlineparameters (http://multicommander.com/docs/commandlineparameters)

Can command line parameters be used to start with a single panel sized to to 100/0?

If not, is there another way to start with 1 panel set to 100/0?

Many thanks,,,

No.
Because it is not recommended to always run in 0/100 mode. Since a lot of features depends on what is showing in the "target" panel.
and if that is always hidden you might do something there without knowing and seeing it.
