SOLVED EDITED REGISTRY
CHANGE SHOWMENU BAR FROM 0 TO  1
CLOSE AND REOPEN

I was checking configuration options and under view i unchecked menu bar
ctrl + m does not work to restore
is there another way?

Just for clarity the drives were the same between panes but they were different folders...

How do I make the default drag from one pane to another copy instead of move?
