Support and Feedback / Restore previously opened network shares?
« on: August 27, 2021, 08:39:05 »
Hi, I told MC to restore previously opened paths, all local drives are back (c: d: e:, and so on), but smb shares are restored to "c:\". There's something I can do? Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks

Support and Feedback / Re: MC can't see my Nextcloud folder

Thanks for the hint  :)

I didn't notice it until now but the folder is marked as system but not hidden. I assumed that I had the same settings between MC and windows explorer (where I told him to show hidden files but don't show hidden and system files)

Support and Feedback / MC can't see my Nextcloud folder
« on: May 18, 2021, 09:13:14 »
I have nextcloud in %userprofile%\Nextcloud

If I go to %userprofile% with windows explorer, i see the Nextcloud folder. If I go to %userprofile% with MC I can't see the Nextcloud folder.

But... If I manually type %userprofile%\Nextcloud in MC, i can access it.

I wonder why

Usually when a program has a "tips" dialog, they're always useless like "did you know that you can open files by double clicking them?".

Instead here they're very useful. It's the first time that not only I don't disable the tips, but I read them carefully, and I copy the tip of the day as an Anki card to burn it in my memory.

Congratulations to the author  :D

Support and Feedback / Re: Default location on new tabs?
« on: April 28, 2021, 22:26:34 »
Thanks, found! I was thinking that the path wasn't editable.

I am loving this file manager. I need to create some anki flashcards to remember all the features and shortcuts or i will forget them

Support and Feedback / Default location on new tabs?
« on: April 28, 2021, 09:48:07 »
Hi, I search for this solution but did not find:

currently, when I open a new tab, it opens on c:

Since my c: partition is small and mostly read-only, there's a way to let it default on another drive, for example d:?

Thanks  :)
