Support and Feedback / Bug with drive toolbar

I was playing around with the drive toolbar settings, looking into a bug I'd been having (which appears to be fixed), and discovered a new one. When starting with the drive toolbar configured to display on a separate line, but not enabled, it will not display when enabled until after a restart.
