Support and Feedback / Forcing a refresh

I'm not having any luck trying to force MC to refresh directory trees.

This crops up after I've created a new directory in Windows Explorer while saving a file that needs a new resting place.  The only way I can get MC to "see" that directory is to close and restart MC.

Is there a way to force MC to refresh the directory tree without restarting it?

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to drag and drop internet links or emails from Outlook into Multi Commander?

I'm finding it a chore to start IE each time I need to drag and drop one of these file types.
