Support and Feedback / Bug? Picture view window stuck in minimized mode

I 'viewed' a picture ( either hit F1 or from the menu) and clicked on the [-] on top-right corner of the previewed window to minimize it.
Sadly, all 'view' request of subsequent pictures are stuck in the minimized mode, even after the program is restarted. This means for each preview, I have to move the cursor all the way to the bottom of screen to make 2 additional clicks.
version: 64bit Jan 13 2016 build
System: windows 10 pro.
