Support and Feedback / SendToKindle app doesn't show in context menu

Amazon's SendToKindle app doesn't show in Multicommander's context menu when right-clicking a *.DOCX or *.PDF even though it shows in the context menus of Windows Explorer and FreeCommander.

Any ideas?
