This seems to be a bug. I already asked about it in 2019, but the developers seem not to care about it. Shouln't be hard to fix anyway.

When copying files to a location where files with the same name exists, the "A file with that name already exists" dialog pops up.
Trying to skip all conflicting files clicking the "Skip all" button just brings up the dialog for the next conflicting file instead of silently run till the end.
