Not just that, but pressing Win-E to open Windows explorer seems to be flashing MC as well, which is weird. Anyway just reporting it like I said in case other users have similar issue.

I reported this flashing (openning a tab flashes the window to white and back to dark then opens the tab window) under this https://forum.multicommander.com/forum/index.php/topic,4050.msg11515.html#msg11515 since I cant open that topic anymore I am posting this. I still have this issue in Win 11 13.5 2983

I feel like I might have found a culprit. This seems to be a Win 11 issue and other users of other apps report similar issue.

Hi

Is it possible to automatically clear the view  filtering once the user clicks on a folder from the results? The reason is the filtering still works when clicked on a folder, and most of the time it makes it like the folder is empty since the filtering would most likely wont find anything in there. Double cmd works that way.

Hi

Is it possible to add shortcut for editing the current folder's path in the path like one can do with windows explorer with "alt-d"? 

I looked in the keyboard setup customization but I do not see anything related, it is a small window with many listings so maybe I missed it?

Hi

I want MC to automatically save the layout, tabs etc every time I quit, and I want to start with the last session wwithout messing with tab saves etc. I like that I can save sessions but that ddoes not cut it for me, I end up saving many sessions and I need to remove the unneed ones constantly.Any ideas?

I am using MC 13.1 Windows 11 64

Hi

The current tab color in my setup is so faint when the tab is not active, I cant read what it says. Please see the image. Is there a way to change the BG and the text color for those?

Multi Commander is constantly using %0.30-%1 of cpu when it is in the tray or in the background even when no activity is going on. Now that might sound not much but I have 6 cores /12 threads so to me 24/7 close to %1 of cpu usage on 12 threads seems sizable given I do not see that much of use with tools like DoubleCommander. Is there a way to lower that number to even smaller cpu usage numbers?

I am Win 10 x64 i7-8700k

Yes I restarted it many times since setting dark theme. And my pc is relatively fast.

Is it possible to not have any white flashign when opening a new tab while using the dark theme? Basically there is a sudden white background then dark background change when opening a new tab.  It is  a minor annoyance, I thought I would report it.

Is there a way to add "open with Multi Commander" to the Explorer's own right click menu when the right click menu shown when clicked ona folder? Therefor I can open the folder with MC, as in MC is run then opens that folder.

Hi

I have started using MC recently. I  am slowly getting used to it. 

It looks like when I enable the color filters, it identifies *.py (text files) as compressed files (based on the color filters scheme).  Any way to fix it?

I think that the issue might be that the drive itself is NTFS compressed.
