If you pin MulitCommander.exe to the Start Menu they press Win and start typing "Multi...", you won't find it.
That's because Windows uses the file description, which is "File Management for Professionals"

I think the indexing on you machine is broken or something because search in startmenu/startscreen will find on FileName, Shortcut name and more.
file description is way way down the list.
On all my machines I can type "Mu" then it is found
