2.6.0 Beta 1165 bugs

MC crashes after switching to Thumbnails mode (internal system) if folder contains *.dcr file (delphi related).

sample file attached (rename txt to dcr)

.dcr is also a RAW picture format for some digital cameras.

Ahh was only a stack overflow problem.  The thumbnail threads are run with minimal stack usage. And the RAW decoder required a bit more. So just increasing the stack a bit will fix that.
