Adding Icon Buttons to Toolbar

How do I add icon buttons to the toolbar at the top of the window?

It is not possible to add/remove individual buttons from the main toolbars yet.
You can only add own toolbar buttons to the quick launch bar.

Thanks very much for the reply.  I hope you can get this feature into MulitCommander soon.  I hate to have so much blank space next to the toolbar wasted!   ;D
