Scrolling irratic

I'm Using 4.6.2 (b1804) in Windows 7 (32), I have a Microsoft Intelimouse with the newest drivers. I was loving most everything about MC, just a little complicated finding all the settings. Anyway when I got done playing with the configuration and started doing some real work with it my mouse was very erratic when scrolling. When I couldn't seem to find an answer I started playing with the mouse settings. I increased the scrolling sensitivity by about 4 times my normal and it works fine.
It's faster than I like it in excel now but I guess I can live with it. Anyway I thought this info might help someone.
