CONFIG parameter issues

Hello

I try the new parameter CONFIG of the setup program. I found  some minor issues:

1) The documencation is not updated: http://multicommander.com/docs/Installation

2) The Button Window is enabled even if it is disabled in applied config.

3) The tips at startup are enabled even if they are disabled in applied config.


How I did the test:
The applied config is backuped from the same version of MC (5.1 b1922).
I installed MC for the first time with the CONFIG parameter on another computer.

1) Yes, I Know.. I have not had the time to update that yet

2) This is not a configuration. It belongs to session state
3) same as 2.
