can`t copy or move within portables

Hi,

I just discovered MC and got very excited that it supported my Sony mp3 player
I love the dual panels design and the ability to rearrange the tracks and folders
However i hit the wall when trying to move tracks within the device - it asks for confirmation and then does nothing the file doesn`t appear in the other panel.
I can copy and move tracks from the device to the computer though.
Am I missing a tick in the settings somewhere?

Please help
I don`t want to go back and forth between different applications cause total commander works well with this task but lacks others.

The problem is that read/write to same device is not possible. That data must land locally first. And currently the WPD module does not automatically do that.
It is planed.
