Automatically re-sort of folders not working

Hello, I'm not sure if this is a bug or some setting is wrong.

I've noticed that after manually renaming a folder, it does not move to the sorted position.

Here are my settings for the Sorting and Columns section:


I've tried enabling/disabling the option tuo automatically re-sort and I still get the same results.

If I rename a file, for example adding a "z" at the beginning, it will re-sort correctly. Doing the same for a folder, will keep it in the original position in the list, until I change tabs/panels, or switch to another application.

Let me know if you need additional information.

It used to work. Not sure why it does not. Might be some sort of conflict. not sure. Have not had the time to investigate yet
