Auto Refresh - Deactivate

Is there a way to turn off "auto refresh".  I'm trying to view a folder that has items added to it constantly, but I want to decide when the contents of the pane refresh.

Yes but no.. It is not public available because it causing strange issues.
I will see if it can be made available. Maybe via script or something.
