Can't hide Quick Launch Bar permanently

I chose option to show toolbar "Quick Launch Bar" by mistake. Now I can't hide this toolbar permanently. When I hide it, this toolbar shows again after MC restart.

Well that is probably because you only hide it temporary from the menu ?   you need to turn it off completely in the core settings page
