Shortcut to switch between Panel.

Is there any keyboard shortcut to switch between panels? Likewise, any shortcut to switch between Tabs.
Actually, I am a command line user and I hate to use mouse. Any way I can get rid of mouse.

Hard to find :)

Tab key to switch from/to left/right panel.
Ctrl-Tab to switch between Tabs.
