Directory List, Dir2html

Is there a simple way to get a directory list (dir/filename/ext, size) ?
  A text file is ok, html is better.

2 Options that did not look good to me:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/dirtohtml/ which needs .Net 3.5 on my pc (Win 10 x64 Home Edition)
https://www.arclab.com/en/dir2html/  for purchase

select the one you want and press+P
(Look in Menu > Tools > ToClipboard  for more alternatives)

Then paste it into any text editor
